Pros
-Friendly staff, met a lot of people in my time here and there are all sorts of people working here 95% of then are very friendly towards each other. -Great managers, most of the time when you ask they do provide support and are can be flexible with working arrangements and days off, etc. -Mostly decent work life balance. (Project Dependent) -Choice of places to work from (3 offices in Vic or WFH) But if you're going to be tasked with site-work, be expected to forget what an office looks like. -Upper management is very down to earth and friendly also.
Cons
The company would try to make you to work for free if it was legal, as you are forced to do fixed overtime with no compensation. If you don't agree with it, they will make you look like you're the bad guy, when you're not willing to work 10 hours a week over your contracted hours with no penalty. No room for growth here either, very flat structure, the only way to become more senior is to come in externally, very rarely is anyone promoted to a higher position. The client becomes a priority for some project managers who forget to think about their own staff at times.
