      Surrounded by smart minded people Some good people working in the lower levels Some great groups that look to have strong values and support

      Cons

      Management not supportive of growth and development Pay is low No enterprise bargaining so it seems to be fighting for yourself with no support Some toxic leaders in research roles Some curious decisions being made for financial reasons

      Spectacular building, excellent support from corporate services, social events for all staff, onsite gym, central location and easy access on the tram, generous maternity leave

      Cons

      The open plan office doesn't suit everyone, and environment is a bit clinical.
