- Working at edge of how education is going to look like in the future - Very fast-paced and open environment, empowering you to make a real difference in the business
Cons
- You need to take an initiative. The team is rather small, people rely on each other and there will not be a lot of oversight of what you do. This means you need to own what you do. Not necessarily bad, but not for everyone.
