1. Interesting people (particularly the engineering team I worked with). Ready to help and also ready to learn and improve. 2. My Director of engineering and product owner were one of the best I’ve worked with. Always willing to help you understand your task better and willing to adjust their view if more clarity is given. 3. You’ll not get to face upper management yourself, which is a plus for me. They did a good job with the chain of information. 3. Because it’s not such a large company, you feel your impact and you actually see your work make it to production quickly! 4. Salary was good. Room for improvement too.

I don’t really have a con. Just maybe if you’re used to working in a more larger organization, you might need a bit of time to adjust to being in a startup.
