I have been working at my company for over 1.5 years now, and I have found the company culture to be open, positive and encouraging. I cannot think of any major cons of working for this company. Occasionally, there can be a high workload. Overall, my experience has been great, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment with career growth opportunities.
