The Senior Leadership team is by far the most amazing, compassionate and hard working team I have every worked with/for. Employees are treated with dignity and respect and dignity and the flexibility is like no other.

The only cons that I have are that some employees truly don't appreciate what this organization is doing for not only the community and the population they serve but what it also does for its employees.

You have the joy of helping disadvantaged and at-risk members of the local community.

As with all non-profits, funds are tight and driven by the generosity of donors. This makes acquiring equipment and supplies difficult at times and one learns to make do with what one has.
