Pros

- The digital sales and marketing team is collaborative, supportive, and friendly. - The team environment promotes learning and growth, making it enjoyable to come to work. - Management provides opportunities to learn and expand skills in the marketing field. - Constructive feedback from management helps improve the quality of work.

Cons

- Micromanagement can hinder productivity and motivation. - HR management lacks initiatives to boost morale and energy in the workplace. - Limited engagement activities, such as team-building activities or employee recognition programs. -Medical benefits are insufficient: The company’s medical panel requires medical chits and is limited to RM100 per month, often requiring employees to pay extra out-of-pocket. Modern solutions like digital insurance cards (e.g., AIA) would simplify the process and offer greater convenience. Additionally, coverage for dependents (spouse and children) would be a significant improvement.
