      Remote working most of the time.

      Cons

      Leadership and culture is the worst anyone can imagine - toxic, diminishing and hostile. Hiring and firing is abysmal and leadership changes weekly (not an exaggeration) while no one knows what they’re doing. They can’t keep people in the job, not even HR stays. At the same time, they’re trying to fake expertize at all cost (while bickering among themselves) which makes them look pathetic.

      Pros

      Amazing compensation and benefits. The environment rewards hard work and dedication. Flexibility is a big plus, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Nothing major, the office environment could be a bit better.

      Pros

      There is open communication from the leadership team. CEO holds monthly company meeting for all employees WW. Performance Appraisal process and goals and objectives process was communicated and rolled out this year for all employees.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but continued improvement needs to take place to ensure our sales team has is set up for success so we can have a successful year.
