Working with SARCO in the Projects & Engineering Division, one gets hands on experience in understanding a job in a over all perspective starting from the pre-tendering stage to the job completion & handover. Employees have the freedom and liberty to get involved with the decision making process and also have say in progressing with the way a particular project is executed. Interacting with the vendors for materials and sub-contractors provides an insight about the market in Oman and how to mitigate/navigate to come out with a successful and profitable project

Due to the lack of proper resources in the Projects division, one gets to work on various aspects of a project which at times becomes cumbersome and leads to deviating from the main objective.
