Pros

- Good people. My Leads were awesome! - Can wear hats, casual clothes and listen to earphones during work. - Crap ton of overtime - They pay for hotels and $20 for food a day whenever your in a hotel, also mileage if you traveled more than an hour

Cons

- Can only listen to earphones with JUST 1 ear. - the Lead supervisor yelled at us once and tried to enforce that we don't talk about our paychecks with each other (which is ILLEGAL btw). - Very unorganized bunch. Half the time i got there and we couldn't start work because the construction crew hadn't built the Aisles yet or Shelves weren't available to work with. - Some jobs require more help (but you won't get any), and some require extra time (but you won't get it). - A lot of backlash on merchandisers for going too slow. when your job relies heavily on other crew members (construction not getting aisles built, they guys in the back not bringing shelves or boxes out for us). We'd do it ourselves, but get punished for it. -NEPOTISM. Knew 5+ employees who only had their jobs because they were related to the person running it all. - They don't tell you if you were let go or fired... they just ignore you and move on. (I know this because one of my friends got called in and i didn't).

Pros

Weekends off, you can take off anytime you want. You just need to let them know before the schedule is made.

Cons

Don't use the open door policy or contact h.r. They will retaliate and schedule you off more then the other members on the team. Give you easy projects so you only get 5 hours or less a day. I guess they don't know that you can pull up your tax information to prove how much your hours have been cut. Seniority means nothing. The schedule usually comes out just a few days before the new wave. Your email will be filled with diversity and inclusion emails.
