Pros

It's a job that's all

Cons

Company steals from their employees and clients. If you stand up for yourself, your employees or your clients you will be terminated by any means possible including lies and fraudulent employee performance improvement plans. They lose the good employees due to this reason. You have to lower your standards to work there, Quantity not quality is the focus. They took an enjoyable position and turned it into a toxic, miserable job. Threats to make supervisors attend company town hall meetings and company drinking parties is ridiculous. Was told to take time for family but also you must be available 7 days a week for calls from employees. No balance, worked 3 years without any days off. Stay away at all costs.

Pros

You get weekends and holidays off

Cons

-They want you to work full time hours, but won't give you fulltime status. -No health benefits. They give you access to a marketplace which is VERY expensive. -They intentionally schedule you on days you are unavailable to try to weed out anyone without full availability. -They will intentionally give you less hours if they are trying to get rid of you for any reason. -HR will never get back to you. All of the employees dread having to reach out because it is a dead end. -They are inconsistent when it comes to standards. Some teams are held to an incredibly high standard, while other teams get away with subpar work and poor attendance/punctuality. -Constantly having to reach out over and over about the same issues with only promises of help. -They marked me as terminated for "violating company policy", despite never doing so. I have a 2 weeks notice and fulfilled it, so I left on my own terms. I have reached out regarding this and have not heard back from any of my managers or HR. This is illegal and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. They are doing sneaky things behind the scenes to benefit themselves.
