Pros

They make the most comfortable shoes. SAS has some of the best customers, and employees. When someone comes in hurting & they leave no longer hurting, that's a good feeling.

Cons

Sas no longer cares about their employees, we are all just numbers to them. Everyone in the office is just trying to keep their head down & hope they don't loose their job. New management has forgotten what got us here. Change is always hard, but to forget who we are that's just wrong.

Today’s retail landscape is very different from what it once was. At times, we are forced to make changes to continue operating in the present market. SAS makes every effort to accommodate these changes while maintaining the welfare of its workers.
