Some people in the management lack the skills to manage properly. Claims to listen to the ground but won't act on the improvements/feedback. Have unrealistic goals & directives. Strong blame culture towards the staff. Only values you if they think you can constantly provide them with what they want, if not they will not care about your existence. Think twice before joining.
