You have amazing colleagues who are at the same rank as you to work with. Supportive and help each other, thats the only way you can survive from the company's disgraceful system.
Cons
Shift work, expect to start work and finish work at extremely inhumane hours with no staff travel support at all. Expect to finish work at 2am, 3 am, 4am regularly where nearly no public trasport is available for you to head back home. You can also be assign to start work at 3am 4am 5am which again, there will be no public transport available. Managemnet will blame you whatever issue raised. Management never take up resbonsibility, doesnt investigate the issue or trying to find out root cause of problems. They never try to improve, simply blame it on staff and fire them if nessecary as a way to apologising to company's customers or clients. No career development at all. I have seen staff staying at the entry level position for the past 20 years. Not because of being incapable, but because he was not being a good bootlicker
