      -Un-Organized -Lack of communication with employees to management -Work conditions can be extremely poor on some days -Lots of hours and driving -Lack of materials

      There are not many pros.

      Cons

      Owner is out of touch with reality and narcissistic. He berates employees loudly and publicly, management chooses favorites. He has lost a lot of valuable employees.
