Pros

Everything from the recruitment process to onboarding with managers and stakeholders is very organized and has a strictly followed timeline. They made sure that my and their expectations of my role were aligned. So far I'm doing good and I feel that they value and prioritize the work-life balance of their employees. So I'm happy I get to continue to incorporate that into my daily life, just as I have been doing since I started working remotely almost 5 years ago.

Cons

Like any other remote work setup, there are fewer face-to-face interactions with coworkers because everything is done virtually.

Pros

*Very kind and understanding managers/co-workers - everyone is very nice *Inclusive and understanding of pronouns - I admire the company efforts in trying to foster a culture of being open-minded

Cons

*Low compensation for a fintech company - then again, its fully WFH *Very unpolished system - I feel like most of my work revolved around cleaning up messes that could've been easily prevented *Learning opportunities are subpar - Again, as a leading fintech company in salary lending, I was expecting more Overall, I noticed everyone was tired of chasing after countless deadlines. The systematic mess continues to feed itself. And while everyone may be nice, the fully WFH set-up makes it difficult to feel a culture. The only "inclusivity" they promised that I felt was the addition of pronouns to Slack profiles. Other than that? Nothing else. My internship experience was more of a reason not to work here. The only fulfilling pro is that I get exposure to the internals of an expanding fintech company

Pros

Supportive leadership, good team culture, collaborative environment. I had a really positive experience working at SAVii. What stood out the most to me was the leadership. My manager was genuinely one of the best I’ve worked w/. They were supportive, fair, and trusted the team to do our work while still being available whenever guidance was needed. It made a big difference in how motivated and comfortable the team felt. The team culture was also great. People were collaborative, approachable, and willing to help each other out. It felt like everyone was working toward the same goals rather than competing w/ each other. Overall, it was a good place to grow and learn. My experience there was largely shaped by the people I worked w/, and I’m really grateful for the support and mentorship I received during my time.

Cons

As w/ many growing companies, some processes are still evolving.
