Pros

Awesome company to work for. They care about their employees and show recognition for work performed.

Cons

I can't think of any cons here. We have our own workout facility and café on the first floor. We get quarterly and annual bonuses. We are treated like family within this organization. What's not to like.

Pros

stock options and benefit plan

Cons

Leadership consistently failed to prioritize employee well-being, while mid-level managers engaged in abusive behavior and violated HR policies and ethical standards. Rather than addressing these leadership and management issues by directly confronting and correcting the leadership involved, the company appeared more focused on protecting ineffective leadership and minimizing internal accountability. Human Resources often functioned as a mechanism to monitor and gather information on dissatisfied employees instead of serving as a supportive resource to help employees navigate widespread mismanagement, workplace concerns, and leadership abuse.
