      - Supportive employer for single parents - Hours can be flexible when needed - Easy to apply for overtime - Training opportunities available to reduce barriers for those with disabilities to help stay in work - Reasonable adjustments put in place at start of employment - Regular check ins from area managers - Easy to use apps for e-learning, clocking in/out, checking wage slips, tracking wages - Helpdesk available for queries or concerns - Easy and quick forms to fill in for any pay issues-staff very helpful

      - No cons for SBFM, but some cleaners put in more effort into their work than others.

      I thought the staff on the ground were lovely and trying hard everyday

      Cons

      Senior management are awful don’t give proper instruction and then throw you under a bus when it suits. Not paying staff properly expecting loyalty when they are in meetings trashing the team.
