Pros

Have the timegate app to get additional shifts.

Cons

Contracted hours reduced without negotiation or consultation. Equipment broken for months but still expect you to deliver a high standard of cleaning. Cannot get a hold of HR or management easily. Have to send email s and wait at least one week for a reply. When sent to sites sometimes the site is not aware they have or need a cleaner so you are sent home and not paid. If sent home early because the site closed early you will not be paid.

Flexible Abilities to work at different places

It will be appreciated if salary can be paid one week after month end, instead of every two weeks

Pros

I thought the staff on the ground were lovely and trying hard everyday

Cons

Senior management are awful don’t give proper instruction and then throw you under a bus when it suits. Not paying staff properly expecting loyalty when they are in meetings trashing the team.
