Please sere the review written on Feb. 25, 2018 titled "Weak Leadership" as it is VERY accurate. --Management team picks favorites and doesn't hold them to the same standards as other employees. They are not held accountable for their mistakes. In one case an employee made a series of mistakes on multiple projects/clients and almost lost the company one of it's larger clients and that person was promoted. -- Owner is very good at spinning the truth to create a story that fits her desired outcome. -- Company often misleads clients. They bring in new clients and give them great service initially, but then drastically cut the hours allotted to that client and the service suffers. The company/management then blames the client and offers more service for more money. -- While i worked there, management solicited several of the reviews on this site to raise their rating. -- Turnover is high due to low salaries, little chance for advancement and poor management.
