      Something to put on your CV early on.

      Cons

      A backwards system, terrible management, terrible organisation. The buck is handed over to everyone and anyone. Awful pay, no bonuses, no rewards for your hard work, no upward trajectory unless you have pals. Don't bother with this company.

      Friendly Environment. Not much workload. Management is always supportive

      Salary might feel as a bit low. But given the overall work life balance, it's ok
