New player in the industry with good market share growth potential. Being the biggest bank in India, the sky's the limit for it's overseas operations. Especially with the growing interest in India, the company's potential is indeed unlimitless.

Poor leadership which would not have been tolerated in any other organizations but yet being abused in this otherwise professional & promising organization.
