Pros
Like most contract recruiting companies, once hired, the company functions mainly as an HR entity. As you provide services for the government at the customer premises, they pay at twice-monthly intervals - like clockwork. When a TDY is required, they trust the employee to make better choices for travel arrangements and are willing to pay for necessary training. I've never had any issues left unresolved or untimely!
Cons
If you like to have personal contact with those that provide your paycheck, this isn't for you. You work for the customer and SBI provides pay and benefits!
