1. The CEO is totally paranoid and views everyone and everything under a microscope. He sends shockwaves of stress throughout the entire organization
2. Benefits are really quite bad...especially for seasoned professionals
3. Posts tons of FAKE reviews...pretty sure this company would have 1.5 rating without all the fake reviews
4. GASLIGHTING...notice some of the reviews that say that "people who post negative reviews don't have a growth mindset?" That's clearly some sort of executive who wants to think that any problems this company has is it's individuals as opposed to its (terrible) culture
5. No focus on the employee experience (at corporate) at all. If you're a manager, when was the last time you said "Honestly, I know it's been hard but I really appreciate you stepping up"? When we the last time you onboarded someone with empathy and understanding of the type of organization this is? When was the last time you talked to someone about their personal life?
6. Everyone is SO NEGATIVE. I don't blame them, really I don't. The fault lies on the CEO and his executive team...they suck...they really do.
7. I've heard some great ideas from some other people at the company...those ideas get shot down because it's not 100% what the CEO thinks
8. No town halls, state of the unions, or really any other formal communication...everything is about 4insite, which really isn't a great tool for corporate folks (it might be okay for frontline)
9. Can you people stop wanting things after hours?
10. Frankly, I don't think people want to work that hard if their hard work goes to helping a major jerk (CEO) get richer. We will support you if you support us, but beyond that just expect people not not invest their full energy
