Pros
Easy to find a role as advertising often. Some of the systems are not too bad compared to other banks
Cons
Quite rigid on some nonsensical business rules, moving away from caring about staff and members of the bank like they used to, understaffed for constant workload, lack of positions/departments that ought to exist so roles take on more than they should, a lot of responsibility, very low pay for the industry, poor culture in some departments which you can note by the constant hiring of staff in a relatively small team. Kneejerk restructures due to COVID left departments very understaffed.
