      Good salary and benefits packet. Chill workplace with very friendly colleagues.

      Inconsistent communication and directions from management, outsourcing of a lot of activities to India. Low growth opportunities.

      remote 3 days out of the week

      Cons

      Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
