      Growing company, hiring low-time pilots as co-pilots in Hawker aircraft. An OK place to get initial experience then move on to real job.

      Cons

      Poor management, micro-managed employees, low morale, low pay.

      Pros

      Great schedule. Competitive pay with room for growth into larger airframes. Management actually cares about pilots. No one pushes us to fly into unsafe conditions. Rarely have a full duty day. Great maintenance team with well maintained aircraft.

      I have nothing negative to say.
