      Pros

      Very family oriented company. Close knit group of employees that look out for each other to accomplish missions.

      Cons

      Schedule could use a little adjustment. Must live within 45 minutes of JVL. HEalth insurance isn't the greatest.

      Pros

      Great schedule. Competitive pay with room for growth into larger airframes. Management actually cares about pilots. No one pushes us to fly into unsafe conditions. Rarely have a full duty day. Great maintenance team with well maintained aircraft.

      I have nothing negative to say.
