Cons
To succeed here you need to be a self-sufficient and driven person, with solid time management skills. The overall and typical co-workers have stronger (A-type) personalities but are very welcoming and supportive (from PMs, Exects, to PEs and Supers), you just need to be one who is willing to ask the questions and figure out what it takes to get done - not really a con but a unique aspect of the company culture and work environment, much more so than any other GCs I have worked for.
