Cons
Low pay, very long hours with no overtime payments, bad benefits, old-fashioned super abusive work environment, technically incompetent and yet micromanaging and rude managers. They use performance reviews as a tool to abuse the employees and force them to work for so many extra hours overtime without getting paid (in order to get a good performance review, you have to have worked for more than a certain number of extra hours and not get paid for them). Performance review meetings are used to humiliate and attack the employees on personal levels. They have a very high turnover due to the unprofessional work environment.
Also, they have a huge pay gap between managers and staff: minimum raise for staff every year, huge salary jumps for their technically poor managers every year; while the managers literally do nothing and all the work is done by staff only; their managers are even terrible at bringing in projects. Be ready for months-long gaps between projects when you should work on made-up fake projects with fake tight deadlines they come up with!
Attention:
-They have a bad reputation in the field and it can have a negative effect on your resume when you are looking for your next job.
-Be very careful if you need visa sponsorship and they agree to sponsor your visa!!!
