Pay not bad, time off good, cheap toilet rolls (but then these were already there before the Swedish Con Artists took over) possible bous, gift at xmas
Cons
Terrible management closing machines and even mills, seemingly without a thought for any of the workforce. Run by a few small cliques that if you are not part of you have no chance of getting heard. All about how much profit the managers and shareholder can get for themselves
