Pros
SCA is a company that truly cares about their values, their teammates, and the effect onto the world. They offer great benefits, culture is great, and they are continuing to grow. When I first came to this office, I came when the office was small and we were past maximum capacity, business was booming and our infrastructure was not where it should be. But in as little as one year, we have doubled in space, gained a new system to help efficiency, and have shown they want what is best for the teammate.
Cons
Because our office grew so big, so fast. We had a few growing pains along the way. Training was not where it should have been, but we have begun working for a better system.
