Pros

Some of the absolute BEST COWORKERS I could ever dream of meeting, being taught at any given moment by, to laugh with, to cry with, to trust, these men and women have had my back from day 1 of my start until I finally left. I still am continue to remain BEST OF FRIENDS with every single one of these friends and I will forever be grateful for that!!

Cons

I was hired as a FT MA, I had my very first 2 weeks that equeled 72hrs. After that my hours dwindled down to being "called off 1 to 2 days then 3 to 4 days off then five plus into the following week were I only worked 1.5 days. I have a full family to support. There is ZERO way I could ever expect to work with that kind of schedule. I was also hired in PACU and trained in full care of all patients. It was not until an ADMIN person conplained and I was then being told by OR staff to "clean the bottom of the stretchers since I'm only an CMA" DESPITE the fact I have done my career for 26 years and not only have my CMA I also hold Phlebotomy cert as well as EKG Tech Cert but NON of that EVER mattered to a single person in upper mngmt. The lack of communication was NON EXISISTANT.
