Pros

Aggressive salary structure, some flexibility with schedules, financially sound

Cons

For profit entity that boasts their number 1 value to be patient quality and patient safety but the number 1 value is always money. Too many layers of management that provides no value to the service provided to the patients. Operator level staff is very clicky, have little to no experience in the area that they oversee and are mostly absent in the day to day operations. Hard working staff are continually overlooked and squelched while those that do very little but talk their way through the Greek life culture are promoted. Could be such a great place to work but way too much Kool-aid to drink and although the values are continually reviewed, they are not followed by senior level management at all. There are no career opportunities within the organization unless you are part of the "network"

Pros

Fun but professional work environment. First job I don’t wake up and dread going to. Love my teammates and surgeons! The surgeons have a much better mindset here than at the hospital.

Cons

Some “favoritism” goes on, but I think that’s anywhere you work.
