- Very young leaders across the org with 0 leadership skills who will throw you under the bus immediately, lie/twist conversations, and create constant chaos, since they have no idea how to manage people. - Sucking up is essential because favoritism and belonging to their clique is what will get you ahead. - “Influence” is valued more than real work, skills, or experience LOL. Scene would always rather hire externally than promote ANY of their employees. - Autocratic SLT that will act independently without understanding ground reality. They will do whatever owners demand and no one will protect your capacity or workload.
