Pros
Some of the employees that I have worked with is the only reason I continued working there for as long as I did. When things slow down, if you are a good worker, they place you in another facility. You are guaranteed to get your full hours when you show up for your shift, even if it is slow.
Cons
This is the cheapest company I have ever came across and management act like they are paying for your service out of their own pockets. They require wayyyy too much out of you for what they pay. No matter how much work you put in, you are never recognised for your efforts. THE PAY IS HORRIBLE! People that start day 1 are basically making almost the same pay as people that have been with the company for years. Management speak to you as if you are children. They sit and judge you as soon as you walk through the door and your being there is based solely on how you 'look' coming through the door. Management gossips too much! About each other and the employees. HR is not for the employees so don't even bother going to them with any problems you may have. I can go on for days... maybe I will do a part 2.
