Small Company, great leadership, fun culture and team to work with

Not very transparent in where we were going as a company.

Some great co-workers. Sadly they are being exploited as I write this review.

This company exploits its employees and is a sweatshop. The management is a bunch of wolves in the garb of sheep. They are insincere and make false promises to employees, who work really hard for no rewards at all. Many employees haven't seen a pay raise for years. Substantially Below Market base salary ZERO Profit Sharing ZERO Performance Bonus ZERO 401k match No Annual Reviews Very quickly your salary will fall behind inflation No potential for career growth Management is a bunch of conceited ELDERLY folks who are simply preserving their own job until they decide to retire. Company is doing very poorly compared to its competitors The management never takes ownership for its own failures If you are interviewing with this company, be cognizant that you will get stuck in the role where you won't see any growth both financially and career wise.
