More than doubling in size while transitioning to be fully remote during a pandemic. Choose any 1 of those 3 milestones on their own and they come with challenges. Put all 3 together and it creates a lot of challenges. Company values are written down somewhere but not put into practice. Little emphasis on team building and having fun.
