      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere. Very little supervision. You can get as many hours as you want.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Overworked. Little support from supervisors. Always lacking the resources to do your job well. Bosses make you feel bad for missing work, or even not picking up extra shifts.
