The other agents are awesome

Pay, team leads are by far the most childish and unprofessional people ive ever met some lie on you and others pick with you for no reason unrealistic goals you are talking to elderly and disabled people its impossible to get them off the phone in 90 seconds customers are rude call you out your name im talking they some pretty nasty stuff pacd does nothing and you cant be rude or even show your phased or they will get you fired noticed people in upper management barely know their job nor the basic requirements to book a trip. THE PAY IS HORRIBLE YOU ONLY GET A 30 MINUTE BREAK THATS IT THATS ALL THE POINY SYSTEM IS GARBAGE WORSR PLACE IVE EVER WORKED AT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Pros

Free food and that's about it.

Cons

It makes you do multiple roles in one sitting that you don't get paid for, they wanted you to meet quotas that was not physically possible in 1 day, they didn't have a break room so most people ate in their car and they talk about people behind their backs.
