Not a best company to work - Associate Software Engineer SD Softech Employee Review

- In time salary and good location.

No professionalism in the company, management always keeps watching us by pacing cameras near our desk. At the time of reliving dey will not leave you and threaten you by not giving u r certificates and relieving letter. Very bad words used in office by management ppl. Dey will make u to work in the weekends and also they will ask u to work extra time daily, without giving any benefits. Performance rating is very bad. If u want good hike no need to perform good, just try to impress managers with other personnel things. Other than salary der is no other benefit given by company to employs. Very poor facilities in office. dey will not care abt der employees. U will not get any confirmation letter, pay slips from the company. Wat all dey say when joining is all false. No corporate culture, no team lunches.

I have been work with this company from couple of years and I observed that it is started as small company and then turns into medium level company within less span of time. Here what I observed in my experience. 1.A Stable and growing company with long term projects. 2.Company growth is excellent from last couple of years. Getting good projects in both testing and development and then placing good expertise from several MNCs 3.No delay in salary, every month last working day you will get your salary in you account without any delay.There is no variable pay and hidden cuttings in your salary and also having good hikes % when we compare with other companies. 4.Provides onsite trip(B1/b2) for 20% of employees from the company in the last 2 years(2015 and 2016) based on the project requirement. And also Company will file long term onsite process if you are fit for the position client looking for. 5.Flexible working hours is a definite plus. They won't care about small breaks and small delays, only care about work deliverables. 6.Providing 12 weeks Maternity leaves and also company providing Medical insurance for every employee. 7.Most of the people working in the company from more than 4 to 8 years because of long term projects and stress free work culture. 8.If you really work hard there is a lot of opportunity for advancement and career development with good job security. 9. you can move into different profiles within the company if you are interested and suitable..

As It is growing - with that come challenges. There are few changes but, honestly, I feel like they are communicated quickly and thoroughly. If they aren't, the company is open enough where you can ask questions. Small delays in few administration stuff.. Need to address quickly.
