Great people who get sucked in, then realize the "reality" and quickly jump. Ex employees are a great network to have because they have passed an intelligence test by leaving!

Megalomaniac CEO that is essentially playing house. I have seen this before.. a CEO that promises funding, growth, opportunity. In reality he is a control freak who will never let anyone grow or achieve independently because it threatens his authority and control. I've seen this before... independent thinking triggers discussions about staying in line. Senior employees with amazing skills are used like assistants. Not to mention the rudeness expressed toward the Indian development team. Being called useless. The CEO even told one female employee that she should be taken out back and shot in the head... I am not kidding!

starting with the CEO....wow. talk about narcisist ego and overinflated self of well....self. upper management, if you can call them that was a joke. I am glad the experience was short....moving on to better, real things. Like the saying goes...just another cheap India dev company trying to pretend they are much more.
