Pros
I personally found very few positives during my time with the company.
Cons
My experience at Sdii Global was unfortunately one of the most difficult of my career. In my view, management appeared largely disconnected from employees’ day-to-day realities, and there was minimal emphasis placed on work-life balance or employee well-being. Employees were frequently expected to meet very demanding targets, often without the necessary support, resources, or recognition.
When concerns about workload or personal circumstances were raised, the response often felt dismissive. Opportunities for meaningful support or constructive dialogue were limited, which created the impression that employees were treated more as numbers than as valued members of the organization.
The workplace culture also presented challenges. Internal gossip and perceived favoritism were common concerns among staff, and feedback or suggestions for improvement did not appear to lead to meaningful change. From my perspective, leadership seemed primarily focused on business outcomes, with less attention given to improving the overall employee experience.
There were also several instances where employees were terminated during extremely difficult personal circumstances, including shortly after the loss of close family members and during major holidays. Situations like these contributed to the perception that compassion and flexibility were lacking.
Compensation was relatively low compared to expectations, and the semi-monthly pay schedule sometimes felt inconsistent or confusing for employees trying to plan financially.
Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization to individuals who prioritize strong workplace support, stability, and a positive culture.
