      Pros

      The pay is okay, but I don't really consider that as a pro.

      Cons

      The management is terrible at handling the schedules of the drivers and dispatchers. Most drivers end the day feeling too exhausted because of the unreasonable long work hours and heavy assignments. Any employee who works here eventually loses their work-life balance. Also, the company only provides minimal health benefits.

      Easy the employees are nice an helpful for the most part

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the wear and tear of your vehicle, 2 weeks pay waiting period. Long distances very tiring. Shifts are in the evening mostly, so make it back late night. The first day was rather, ghetto/unprofessional but I made it through. Rather do DoorDash.
