      Pros

      No Pros. All prior positive review are fake here. The Manager force the employees to write them . Please do not go for interview there . The Manager is so smart.Sometime they take system test and use that code for their projects and reject you .

      Cons

      No HR policies. Salary date is after 1.5 month always delay from that date also . After interview and selection , after join they will show their policies. Forgot about your last month salary and Relieving/Exp Letter

      The team is incredibly supportive and the work culture is great.

      Workloads can get quite heavy during the end of the quarter.

      Pros

      The fact that these guys can shamelessly fire you, not once but twice, without compensation is reason enough. Country Head is being wrongly used by the CEO to create the business the way he wants. These guys will use your weakness to their advantage. They try and take any words from you in written and then use it to claim they did you good. No good in essence.

      Cons

      All cons - they pay measly salary in India while they make you work on projects upwards of 10,000 British pounds.
