Pros
Everything so far! There’s no such thing as a perfect place, business or person, and I’m sure I’ll find quirks along the way, but this place is truly amazing. The hiring process was smooth and simple, the pay and benefits are fantastic, the training has been patient and thorough and based on my style and speed of learning, the culture is warm and welcoming, people are more than willing to teach and share about what they do when presented with a curious ear, the employees (including the CEO) are phenomenal. No one treats or is treated differently based on position(s), education or hierarchy, everyone is happy to answer questions and seems passionate about what they do.
