Fairly good work environment & generally good attitude of co-workers & management, plus it's quite a unique & engaging field to be in: construction & assembly of submersible vehicles.
Cons
Not an incredibly stable or particularly well managed company to work for regarding longer term consideration. The work the company acquires is contract based & in a narrow field, so future contracts (therefore: stability of the company itself) is not guaranteed.
