Jobs were steady in the past

PMs ask for free help many times. Now the jobs are underestimated in terms of effort, maybe it’s because of a need to cut costs. If PMs see that they can’t get a bargain out of the cut costs anymore (e.g. you only spend 1 hour to do an 1-hour proofreading job), they won’t assign many jobs to you anymore.
