1. No future in the Adops sector. This experience will never help you to get the next job except for 1 or 2 companies in the whole Bangladesh. 2. Promotion is very slow, office politics is involved in it. 3. Very poor increment policy with poor judgment policy 4. Management doesn't care about your financial problem, they will give salary at their time within 5th - 20th of the month 5. Every management person will act like a man of absolute power but there will be no one to answer your queries. ======== Consider this company only 1. Serious money problem. 2. You have enough money but need a job for social status 3. You have nothing to do right now.
