Great company with a few areas of improvement. - Claims Department SECURA Employee Review

Workload, work life balance, pay is low for the amount of work given. It’s typical for an adjuster to have the work of 2+ people thrown at them every day. I feel some departments get to reap the benefits of working at SECURA, but the claims department specifically does not. Having a good number of PTO days and “encouraging employees to step away from their desk” does nothing. The work still remains and needs to be done.
